The rules for using this site.
1. The service
NoUpload provides free browser-based tools for compressing, converting and resizing images. The tools execute in your own browser. We supply the page; your device does the work.
2. Your files and your rights in them
You keep every right you already had in the images you process. We acquire no licence, no ownership and no copy, because no copy reaches us. You are responsible for holding the rights necessary to process the images you choose.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to process material that is unlawful where you are, and do not attempt to disrupt or overload the site or the hosting infrastructure behind it.
4. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Image processing is lossy by nature and writing to a folder replaces files of the same name: always keep your original files. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet a particular technical requirement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for any loss of data, profit or goodwill arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where the site is used as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
6. Availability and changes
The service is free and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. These terms may be updated; the date at the top will change.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s country of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence.
